Terms of service
These terms say what you can expect from me, and what I need from you. Please read them before you book.
Draft, not yet live
This is a first draft written by your agency team, not legal advice. It is written from the decisions already recorded in this project. Before the website goes live, have it checked by a solicitor or against a professional-body template, and fill in the details in dashed boxes.
1. Who you are dealing with
Natalia Zute Health is the trading name of Natalja Zute, a sole trader. My address for documents is [business address] and my email address is hello@nataliazutehealth.com. "I" and "me" mean Natalja Zute; "you" means the person booking.
I am a registered nutritional therapist and a wellness coach. I am a member of BANT and registered with the CNHC for nutritional therapy. You can check this on the BANT and CNHC registers.
2. What I offer
A free 20-minute fit call, a one-off Health Review, a 3-month Nutrition and Coaching programme, and single or monthly sessions for past clients. What each one includes, and the price, is set out on the Work with me page. All sessions are online, on video. I work with adults aged 18 and over.
A contract between us starts when I confirm your booking by email, not when you submit the booking form.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds and euros and include everything that is required to receive the service. You see the total before you pay.
The programme can be paid in full or in 3 monthly payments that add up to the same total. There is no extra charge for paying monthly. If a payment fails, I will contact you and we will agree a new date; sessions may be paused until the payment is made.
Tests and supplements are not included in any price. If you decide to have a test, you will be given one all-in price before you order it.
4. Changing your mind in the first 14 days
Because you book online, you have 14 days from the day I confirm your booking to change your mind, for any reason, and get your money back. Write to hello@nataliazutehealth.com.
If you ask me to start within those 14 days, you can still cancel, but you pay for the part of the service you have already had. If your first session has happened, that means the value of the session and any written plan already prepared.
This does not affect your rights if something goes wrong with the service.
5. Moving or cancelling a session
Life happens. If you need to move a session, let me know at least 48 hours before and we will find a new time, at no cost.
A session cancelled or moved with less than 48 hours’ notice counts as used, unless there is an emergency. If you do not join a session and have not told me, it counts as used after 15 minutes.
If I have to move a session, I will offer you a new time as soon as I can. If none of the times I offer suit you, I will refund that session.
6. Using your sessions in time
Health Review: the consultation and the session to agree your plan are usually within 4 weeks of booking, and within 3 months at the latest.
Programme: the sessions run over about 3 months. If you need to pause for health or family reasons, tell me and we will agree a new plan; a pause of more than 3 months may mean starting again.
Monthly support continues until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next monthly payment, online, with the cancel button in your payment account. No notice period applies, and your support continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
[Monthly support is a subscription. New UK subscription rules start in January 2027: information before signing, renewal reminders, cooling-off and an easy way to cancel. Check this section against them before offering monthly support]
{n}. Ending early, after the first 14 days
You can end a Health Review or the programme at any time by email. I refund the sessions you have not had yet, less the reasonable value of the work already done, such as preparing your written plan. I explain the amount in writing.
If you pay in 3 monthly payments, any payments that are not yet due stop. Cancelling a payment on your card or bank account does not by itself end our agreement, so please tell me by email too.
8. What nutritional therapy and coaching are, and are not
I do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions, and nothing I offer replaces medical care. Please keep seeing your GP about any medical concern, and tell your GP about any changes you make if you are being treated for something.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medicines, I may ask you to check with your GP before some changes. I may decline to work with you, or stop, if I think you need medical or psychological care that I cannot give. If I do that, I refund the sessions you have not used.
Nothing here promises a particular result. What you get out of the work depends on many things, including what you are able to change.
{n}. What I need from you
Please give me full and accurate information in your questionnaire and sessions, including any diagnosed conditions, medicines, supplements, allergies and intolerances, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Tell me if anything changes.
Never stop or change a prescribed medicine or treatment without talking to the doctor or other professional who prescribed it.
You decide whether to follow my suggestions, and when to get medical advice I recommend.
10. Your health information
After booking, I send a health questionnaire. I need information about your health to do this work, so the questionnaire asks for your clear consent to use it for your care. You can withdraw that consent at any time, although I will not be able to continue the work without it.
How I handle your information is set out in my Privacy policy.
11. Tests and supplements
Most plans include at least one test and a few supplements for a limited time. They are not included in any price. I explain why I'm suggesting each one and what it costs before you decide, and the choice is always yours. As my client, you get 10% off supplements.
Tests are carried out by an independent laboratory under their own terms. I explain what the results may and may not show. [If you ever earn a commission, an affiliate fee or a dispensary margin on a test or supplement, it must be stated here and on the Work with me page]
12. Case-study places
Case-study places are offered at a lower price in return for honest feedback about your experience at the end. Honest means honest: you are never asked for a positive review.
I only share your feedback if you give permission in writing, and when I share it I label it as given in return for a reduced fee. You can withdraw permission at any time and I will take it down.
13. Email support
Email support means short questions between sessions. I reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. It is not a crisis service and not a way to get a new plan between sessions.
I cannot answer urgent health questions by email. If you are unwell, contact your GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
{n}. When I may stop working with you
I may pause or end the service if continuing would be unsafe or outside my professional scope, if important information was held back, if you behave abusively, if a payment is still unpaid after a reminder, or if repeated missed sessions make the work impractical.
Unless it is urgent, I will explain my concern first and give you a chance to sort it out. If I end the service for a reason that is not your fault, I refund the sessions you have not had. Otherwise, the refund is calculated as in section 7.
{n}. My responsibility to you
I provide every service with reasonable care and skill, as described on this website.
Nothing in these terms limits my responsibility where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer.
I am not responsible for loss caused by information you gave me that was wrong or incomplete, or by acting against safety advice, except where I caused or contributed to it.
16. If something goes wrong
Please tell me first, by email. I will reply within 5 working days and try to put it right.
If you are not happy with my reply, you can complain to BANT or to the CNHC. [Add links to their complaints pages]17. Other terms
The plans, handouts and guides I write for you are for your own use. Please do not share or sell them.
I may change these terms for future bookings. The terms that apply to you are the ones on this page on the day you book, and I keep a dated copy.
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales, or Scotland: confirm where you are established] and you can bring a claim in those courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the consumer protections of the place where you live.
